BOOKS and BREAKFAST is a reading initiative with partners for students and their parents to come and enjoy breakfast, read books, participate in activities, and learn about historical characters and events through the Griots Storytellers.
The Wichita Griots Storytelling Institute has a mission to use the art of storytelling to promote literacy and encourage a lifelong love of reading to inspire and enable youth to realize their full potential.
